At a meeting held at Dumfries, Maxwelltown West Church Centenary Hall on Monday 2nd August 2021, the Nominating Committee chose the person whom they wish to propose to this congregation of Maxwelltown West Church to be our new minister.

The name of the person proposed is Reverend Johannes Wildner, at present serving at St Serf’s Church, Tullibody.

Arrangements have been made for Reverend Johannes Wildner to conduct public worship in this church on Sunday the twelfth day of September 2021 at 11 o’clock.

Immediately after that service, there will be a vote on whether or not Reverend Johannes Wildner should be appointed the new minister of this congregation of Dumfries, Maxwelltown West.

Anyone whose name appears on the Electoral Register of this congregation of Dumfries, Maxwelltown West shall be entitled to vote. No one else shall be entitled to vote.
